Registration form must be filled out at the office.​
Allowed: Passport, Green Resident Card, Guam I.D., State I.D., Military I.D., Firearms I.D., Naturalization Certificate, or Birth Certificate

Not allowed: Student I.D.
Registration hours: Monday to Saturday (10am to 3pm)
Closed on holidays

Anyone may register and pay for the student.
The student does not need to be present.

NOTE: must have Guam Learner's permit license AND road hours certificate.
If you're an Instructional Permit holder, no need for road hours certificate if you didn't fail the UOG written test 2x or more.
